Menu = Better Shopping

So I finally made myself write out a menu pre-grocery shopping, like I used to do all the time, and as a result spent at least $30 less at the Food Library. In no particular order (I haven’t decided which nights things are being made yet) here be my dinner menu:

* Mango Ginger Grilled Tofu w/Coconut Lime Rice
* Spaghetti and Beanballs
* (Thai Style) Green Curry [Tofu & Veggies ] w/Brown Rice
* Chickpea Cutlets w/homemade Mustard Sauce & Smashed Potatoes
* Quick & Easy Indian Night
* The Spastic Fantastic Melty Spicy Mexicanish Cornbread Casserole
* Cr’Asian Tofu w/Sushi Rice

Yum. Tonight I made the Cr’Asian tofu. Nummed it up big time. A few of these are recipes from Vegan w/a Vengeance, two are from Veganomicon, the rest are the result of my personal cooking kung fu.
